- For defective materials delivered through shipment, notify us within 10 days from delivery. We will send a replacement free of shipping.
For defective materials downloaded from our site, notify us within 10 days after receipt of our notification that the material is ready to be downloaded. We will send a replacement free of shipping or make it available for re-download.

Or the material will be delivered by shipment if you choose delivery service
