Q1.Can I download samples to test on our system or for offline use?
A1.Yes, you are allowed to download samples for these purposes unless stated otherwise.
However, this is limited to testing the samples on your system and offline use. This means that you are not allowed to use sample videos in finished products or video for public dissemination.
Q2.Do you have high-resolution samples? Do you have samples without watermarks?
A2.High-resolution samples and samples without watermarks are subject to handling and sending fees.
Please send us your request using the Help form in your cart and select Sample for preview when you do so.
Q3.What formats (codecs) are the samples in?
A3.Still images and sequentially numbered movies are in JPEG (high quality).
Video files are in H.264 MOV or WMV9 Advanced WMV.
The files are in full HD resolution (1920 x 1080). DM Resolution is 1080 x 1080
Q4.Do you accommodate requests for editing?
